Logistics Coordinator, Port Operations

1. Managing & monitoring day to day activities related with Transportation/Operations.
2. Ensuring that all trucks are loaded and utilized as per the allocation.
3. Ensuring 100% good communication with all parties (emails level and daily updating reports).
4. Supervising all containers activities on daily basis by distributing the daily jobs to the team players.
5. Sending the daily port activities report to operations manager.
6. Sending rates request and quotation to overseas agents and customers
7. Conducting weekly sales meeting to evaluate the performance of department.
8. Updating daily reports related to operation.
9. Supervising all loading supervisors to ensure that the client request.
10. Performing any other related duties / projects assigned by the direct supervisor from time to time to meet the business exigencies.
