Our client is a well-established engineering organization based in Ras Al Khaimah Free Zone (RAKEZ).


We are recruiting a UAE experienced office administrator to join their office in Ras Al Khaimah Free Zone (RAKEZ).


The successful candidate will coordinate all aspects of orders, shipments and deliveries to ensure all orders and delivers are accurate and on time.


Role Summary


  • Liaise with local and international suppliers, shipping agents, freight forwarders and haulage companies to track orders, coordinate and shipments and deliveries of materials and equipment.
  • Prepare documentation for RAKEZ customs clearance.

Mandatory Skills & Experience


  • 3+ years’ experience in logistics or shipping coordination with strong working knowledge of RAKEZ customs regulations and shipping and freight forwarding procedures.
  • Advanced Excel skills.

Candidate Profile


  • Currently living in Ras Al Khaimah – must be able to live and work in Ras Al Khaimah.
  • Fluent in English and Tagalog – must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
  • Excellent communication, customer service with a confident and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Education


  • Bachelor’s degree
