ROLE PURPOSE:
The Logistics Coordinator oversees order confirmation, logistics execution from site readiness, and close monitoring/coordination until customs clearance and receipt at the consignee's warehouse at a destination. For all buy-sell (inbound and outbound) and MMW shipments coordination: Apply for all Buy Sell (Inbound and Outbound), In market / Intercompany stocks transfers, CMOs, and MMW shipments coordination:
- Execute the shipments to achieve the Ex-Factory Targets.
- Supply and Logistics Execution and Optimization.
- Maintain and Update Logistics Ex-Factory, Solpadeine, and Markets Tracker.
- Communication & Engagement Metrics.

Overview of Daily Activities:
- On time delivery of the shipments.
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of shipping documents and providing to the distributor on time. Obtaining IP, GL approval from the market.
- Order Book follow-up to achieve Ex-Factory Targets (EME).
- Revenue Recognition: Orders recognized in the correct period and on time for month-end.
- Logistics optimization, executions, MOT, shipment consolidation and ensure the delivery of the goods effectively and efficiently.
- Validating, coordinating and monitoring of CN/DN: MMW, LSP, AGI, and Distributors.
- Validating and highlighting the potential risk and status of the goods in transit status.
- Maintaining UTL Trackers and Portals.
- Monitor and measure the logistics activities KPI and all our partners, as well as measure logistics lead time.
- Systematic process of monitoring and recording the progress of orders, providing real-time visibility into their status, location, and estimated delivery time.
- High level of communication (E-mail, PDCA, etc) with AGI, CMO Sites, LSP, MMW and others.
- Ensuring product quality, initiating change requests in case of any regulatory variations, handling distribution quality complaints, triggering logistics investigations, and taking corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate closely with AGI, suppliers, LSPs, market planners, and all relevant departments.
- Must have a sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Must have strong critical and analytical thinking.
- Can work independently and with less supervision.
- Support in smooth executions, goods receipting, monitoring packing list for all outbound releasing for pick and packing, MMW reconciliation and MOH/Regulatory reporting.
- Provide support during colleagues' absences.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for achieving to – markets – sales Monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly Targets for their markets.
- Maintain tracking reports for open orders and In-Transit-Orders.
- Logistics coordination with suppliers.
- Initiate and follow up on import permits for controlled drugs.
- Responsible for logistics activities from shipping to the site until the product is available in the port. This includes making sure that transportation mode booking is done on time and that documents are in place to clear products on time.
- Responsible for giving our supplier and site the green light to proceed with shipments.
- Ensure delivery on time in full.
- Follow up on LCs opening, advance payments, or other payment methods to process the shipments.
- Co-leading Supply Chain Projects.
- Main KPIs will be: a) Achieving monthly and quarterly to-market-sales (Targets Vs Budget); b) DOTIF (Delivery On Time In Full); c) OTIF (On Time In Full); d) Logistics Cost; e) Documents Accuracy and On Time.
- Implementing continuous improvement concept.
- Support multi market warehouse (MMW) operation.
Requirements
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor Degree
- Cert/Diploma - Any Supply Chain Training
- 3years in Supply Chain
- 1 year in MENA Region
- 1 year preferably in Pharmaceuticals
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
