Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage the daily operations of our warehouse containing IT equipment. The successful candidate will ensure efficient and smooth logistics processes, including inventory management, shipping, receiving, and coordination with various departments. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our inventory and ensuring timely delivery to our clients. Key Responsibilities:Inventory Management:Maintain accurate inventory records.Conduct regular physical counts and reconcile with data storage systems.Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed.Shipping and Receiving:Oversee the receipt, inspection, and documentation of all incoming shipments.Coordinate the preparation and dispatch of outgoing shipments.Ensure all shipments are properly labeled and documented.Logistics Coordination:Schedule and coordinate deliveries with suppliers and clients.Liaise with freight forwarders and transportation companies.Manage and resolve any logistical issues that arise.Warehouse Operations:Organize and maintain the warehouse layout for optimal efficiency.Implement and monitor safety procedures and protocols.Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.Documentation and Reporting:Prepare and maintain accurate logs and records of inventory movements.Generate reports on inventory levels, shipment statuses, and other key metrics.Assist in the development of logistics policies and procedures.RequirementsQualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or warehouse management, preferably with IT equipment.Proficiency in logistics software and warehouse management systems.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.BenefitsPreferred Skills: Experience with IT equipment and technology products.Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse management.Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
