The Logistics Coordinator will manage and oversee the daily operations of the logistics department,
ensuring efficient transportation, timely delivery, and accurate documentation of goods and materials.
The role involves coordinating with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and cost-effective logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Transportation Management:
- Plan and schedule the transportation of goods and materials to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with transport providers and negotiate contracts and rates.
- Track shipments and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Communicate with Saudi, U.A.E operation team
- Manage project shipment, bulk shipment
Documentation and Compliance:
- Prepare and maintain shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists.
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
- Handle customs clearance and coordinate with relevant authorities as needed.
Inventory and Stock Coordination:
- Liaise with warehouse teams to monitor inventory levels and order fulfilment.
- Ensure the accurate movement of goods between locations.
Vendor and Supplier Coordination:
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
- Address and resolve issues related to delivery delays or damages.
Cost and Efficiency Management:
- Optimize logistics operations to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Monitor and report on logistics expenses and key performance metrics.
Problem Solving and Communication:
- Address issues such as shipment delays, damaged goods, or incorrect orders promptly.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
Skills
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain roles.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in logistics management software (e.g., SAP, ERP systems, or TMS).
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and customs processes.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time
