Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Import Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will:
- Coordinate import processes from origin to destination.
- Customs Clearance Process
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare and review shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists.
- Ensure compliance with all import regulations and customs requirements.
- Track shipments and update customer.
- Resolve any issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies in shipments.
- Assist the management and the team with any assigned special projects and provide back up to the team when required.
Skills
- Bachelor degree preferred.
- 6-7 years of experience in import logistics.
- Knowledge of import regulations and customs processes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Can join Immediately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
