What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leveraging strong verbal and written skills to engage effectively with Guests, FIVE Tribe Members, and stakeholders.
  
• Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (Additional languages are a Plus).
  
• Remarkable Time Management and Multi-Tasking skills to deliver a ‘FIVE-Star’ Experience for our Guests, even under pressure.
  
• A professional, Insta-Worthy Appearance, always adhering to FIVE’s Grooming Standards and maintaining a polished, ‘FIVE-Styled’ demeanour.
  
• Previous experience in Forbes or Leading Quality Assurance (LQA)-Rated properties will be Advantageous, demonstrating a Strong Commitment to Luxury Service Standards.
  
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on the requirements of the Hotel.
  
• Sensational Teamwork and Collaboration skills to work effectively within a group and across departments with Fellow ‘FIVERs.’
  
• An elevated and energetic Conversationalist, engaging Guests with lively discussions.
  
• A hands-on attitude, fuelled by a ‘Can-Do!’ Spirit.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Engages with Guests in a Welcoming manner, curating an Exquisite Service Experience by promoting and facilitating the utilisation of all Lobby Area Services.
  
• Provides Guests with Comprehensive Information about the property, local area amenities, special events, and nearby activities, contributing to a Sensational ‘FIVE-Star’ Experience.
  
• Proactively responds to Guest requests for Special Arrangements and Services, embodying a ‘FIVE-Styled’ approach. This includes Coordinating Services such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning with the utmost Attention to Detail.
  
• Extends a warm and sensational Welcome to all Guests, embodying the ‘Vibe at FIVE,’ while ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  
• Provides Assistance to individuals with disabilities, ensuring utmost Care and Consideration.
  
• Adheres to all FIVE Policies and Procedures, maintaining a Professional, Well-Groomed Appearance.
  
• Maintains the Confidentiality of proprietary information and safeguards FIVE’s assets, contributing to overall Security and Exclusivity.
  
• Fosters Positive and Collaborative Relationships with FIVE Tribe, contributing to a Buzzing and Energised ‘Vibe at FIVE.’
  
• Maintains optimum Physical Well-Being and can stand, sit, or walk for extended periods during the work shift, demonstrating Physical Stamina and Flexibility essential for the role.
  
• Fulfils any other reasonable Duties as requested by Supervisors, contributing to the Smooth Operation of Guest Services.
