About The Role
The Lobby Ambassador acts as a brand ambassador, greeting guests and providing a warm welcome. You will ensure an exceptional service for all guests who visit the hotel’s lobby, proactively anticipating their needs and providing assistance as required.
About You
Ideally, you will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in guest relations or a similar role in a luxury hotel. You are expected to have an excellent service attitude, sense of urgency, be organized, diligent, dynamic, always presentable and work well under pressure. You should possess customer service-oriented skills and developed emotional intelligence. Knowledge of additional language such as Arabic, French, Spanish, Russian, German or Mandarin would be advantageous.
