Job Summary:
As a Lobby Ambassador, you will be responsible for creating a positive first impression for visitors and guests entering a facility. You will assist with directing visitors, providing information, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in the lobby area.

Job Responsibility:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel or area within the facility
- Answer inquiries about the facility, services, or events
- Maintain a tidy and organized lobby area
- Assist with any special requests or accommodations for visitors
- Ensure security procedures are followed for guest entry and exit

Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations diplomatically
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of basic security procedures and protocols
- Professional appearance and demeanor
