Job Description
Learning Management Systems Executive will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, maintaining and continuously improving IFZA’s Learning Management System (LMS).
Main Responsiblity
Content Creation and
Management:
-Design engaging e-learning
content using a variety of media.
-Organization and
maintenance of learning content, including courses, videos, documents and assessments.
-Collaborate with subject
matter experts to create and update learning materials.
LMS Administration:
-Manage the day-to-day
operations, including user accounts, course creation, permissions and
troubleshooting technical issues.
Reporting and Analytics:
-Generate and analyze
reports on learner progress and course completion.
Vendor Management:
-Manage relationships with
LMS vendors and customizing LMS wherever necessary.
User Experience Enhancement:
-Enhance the user experience by including user interface improvements and user feedback
mechanisms.
-Ensure the LMS is up-to-date with the latest software updates
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Certification in instructional design is an advantage
- Proficiency in LMS platforms (Reach 360 is advantageous)
- 2 years’ experience in E-learning and LMS development.
- Articulate 360 – proficiency in Rise and Storyline.
- Advance experience with Excel.
- Proven experience with Reach 360.
