Livestream Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of daily livestreams on YouTube and other platforms for audience, including crypto market trend research, hot tokens, and topic planning on pre-live preparation, operation during live streams, and post-live data analysis and performance review.
Livestream Planning: Develop livestream plans in collaboration with business operations team and livestream hosts, ensuring seamless execution and pacing throughout the livestreams. Continuously track and adjust the livestream process as needed.
Performance Optimization: Analyze sales data and audience engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance livestream performance.
Host Training: Provide training and support to livestream hosts, including script structure writing and presentation skills development.
Sales Accountability: Set and achieve Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) targets, taking ownership of livestream sales performance.

Requirements:
