Job Description
Our
client is an award-winning events agency specializing in high profile corporate
and private events ranging from conferences, award ceremonies, product launches
and weddings.
We
are hiring UAE experienced events project managers to join their Dubai
operations.
Successful
candidates will be responsible for the 360-degree project management of live
events including festivals, concerts and corporate events.
Candidates
must have relevant UAE experience in live events project management from
planning, resource management, build, delivery and post event debrief whilst
maintaining project profitability.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 7
– 10 years’ live event management experience delivering large scale events in
the UAE / GCC.
- Deep
understanding of lighting, sound and AV systems to be able to collaborate with
the technical and fabrication teams.
- Extensive
use of project management software, preparing post event reports, project
briefs, debriefs and analysis to identify learnings and areas for improvement.
- Commercial
and financial acumen for project budgeting and profitability.
- UAE
driving license is mandatory.
Candidate Profile
- Currently
living in the United Arab Emirates - must be able to live in Dubai.
- Fluent
in English.
- Self-motivated
multitasker with a professional work ethic.
- Exceptional
leadership, organizational, time management, problem solving and interpersonal
skills.
- Ability
to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to upsell and
identify new business opportunities.
- Resilient,
quick thinking, results and action oriented with the ability to resolve
challenges quickly.
Education
- Bachelor’s
degree
- PMP
project management certification is a strong advantage
