What We're Looking For:

• You hold a bachelor's degree, or higher, in education plus training in reading instruction or early literacy
• A proven track record as a classroom teacher documented on most recent teacher performance evaluation
• Minimum of five years of successful K-12 classroom teaching experience
• Experience coaching and/or mentoring teachers in reading instruction best practices
• Knowledge of evidence-based reading research
• Special expertise in quality reading instruction and infusing reading strategies into instruction
• A strong knowledge base in working with English language learners
