Job Description

  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with our recipes and quality standards.
  • Set up workstations with all necessary ingredients and cooking equipment.
  • Ensure that food preparation and cooking areas are kept clean and hygienic at all times.
  • Follow proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines.
  • Coordinate food orders to meet customer demands and expectations.
  • Adhere to safety and health regulations in the kitchen.
  • Assist in the development of new menu items and specials.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.


Skills

  • Proven experience as a Line Cook in a similar setting.
  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification from a culinary school or relevant training is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Dubai food safety regulations is advantageous.
