What We’re Looking For

• A proven track record of 1-2 years in a Luxury Hotel environment as a Lighting Technician, delivering sensational Guest Experiences synonymous with FIVE's award-winning Service Quality.
  
• Exceptional experience in operating and setting up dynamic, seamless, and fast-paced large-scale shows, requiring the coordination of over 15 simultaneous fixtures, perfectly synchronised with the music of each artist, is highly advantageous.
  
• Proven expertise in operating Industry-leading lighting desks, including ChamSys and grandMA, ensuring a seamless and electrifying Visual Experience.
  
• Demonstrated success as a Lighting Technician in Buzzing nightlife operations, embodying the sensational Vibe at FIVE.
  
• Extensive and In-depth knowledge of cutting-edge lighting equipment, systems, and techniques, delivering Breath-Taking shows.
  
• Sensational Teamwork and Collaboration skills to work effectively within a group and across departments with Fellow ‘FIVERs.’
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leveraging strong verbal and written skills to engage effectively with FIVE Tribe Members and stakeholders.
  
• Remarkable Time Management and Multi-Tasking skills to deliver a ‘FIVE-Star’ Experience for our Guests, even under pressure.
  
• Superior Problem-Solving Skills and the competence to Exceed Expectations in dynamic and competitive operational environments.
  
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on the requirements of FIVE.
  
• A hands-on attitude, fuelled by a ‘Can-Do!’ Spirit.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Designs and implements exquisite Lighting Systems for various Sensational projects.
  
• Collaborates with Directors, Producers, and Production Managers to develop bespoke Lighting Designs that support the Creative Vision of each stunning project.
  
• Works hand-in-hand with Electricians and other Technical Staff to install, maintain, and programme Premium lighting equipment.
  
• Performs routine Maintenance and meticulous Repair on lighting equipment to ensure Next-Level performance.
  
• Operates lighting equipment during Lavish rehearsals and Exhilarating performances.
  
• Makes dynamic Adjustments to lighting during performances to maintain Breath-Taking consistency and quality.
  
• Ensures that all lighting equipment meets the Highest safety and industry Standards.
  
• Curates and manages a Comprehensive Inventory of Top-Notch lighting equipment.
  
• Stays ahead of the curve by remaining Up-To-Date with cutting-edge lighting technologies and techniques.
