Job Description

  • Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor when interacting with passengers, addressing their inquiries, and assisting with their needs throughout the journey.
  • Keep precise records of each journey, documenting mileage, fuel consumption, and any occurrences during transit, relaying this data to the assigned supervisor.
  • Record detailed trip information, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents encountered while in transit, reporting these particulars to the designated manager.
  • Efficiently design travel routes to enhance travel time and fuel conservation, considering variables like traffic, weather, and road closures to achieve timely endpoints.
  • Drive company-provided vehicles safely and responsibly, following all traffic regulations to ensure the secure and efficient transportation of passengers and merchandise.

Skills

  • Valid Driver's License: A current and unrestricted driver's license is essential, allowing the candidate to legally operate vehicles in compliance with local traffic regulations.
  • Strong customer service skills are important when interacting with clients.
  • Timely execution of tasks and deliveries is an integral part of this role.
  • Candidates must have strong time management skills to ensure punctual deliveries.
  • Candidates should demonstrate adeptness in utilizing navigation tools to optimize routes.
