Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and professional Valet Parking Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient valet parking service for guests, maintaining a positive customer experience, and handling vehicles with care. The Valet Parking Driver will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and representing the company’s standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle Handling: Safely park and retrieve guests' vehicles in designated parking areas, ensuring minimal damage and maximum efficiency.
  • Customer Service: Greet guests with a friendly demeanor, offering assistance with their vehicles and luggage as needed. Provide directions or recommendations for local attractions, amenities, etc.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure vehicles are parked securely, following all traffic laws and safety protocols. Be aware of and report any potential hazards in the parking area.
  • Vehicle Inspection: Perform brief vehicle checks before parking and ensure that no damage is present upon return to the guest.
  • Communication: Relay information to team members, guests, and the parking manager regarding vehicle status or parking concerns.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the valet area is clean and free of debris, and report any maintenance issues.
  • Cash Handling (if applicable): Handle payments for valet service, issue receipts, and make change as required. Follow company cash-handling procedures.
  • Other Duties: Perform any other duties as assigned by the Parking Manager or Supervisor.
