The Licensing Specialist is responsible for the timely processing of license
renewals by accurately reviewing necessary documents and inputting information into the CRM system. The Licensing Specialist ensures applications are processed in a timely manner and in line with organizational standards. In addition, the role entails following up on all renewal applications and liaising with the finance, sales, and operations departments when necessary.
Main Responsibilities
Ensuring the accuracy of renewal application information such as business activities, shareholders’ details, company names, etc.
Filing all necessary information and documentation in the CRM system with utmost accuracy and attention to detail
Identifying errors and accordingly notifying the concerned Renewals Executives
and Consultants
Monitoring and updating the CRM system regularly when managing a portfolio of work
Actively communicating with finance, sales, and operations departments
Supporting the renewals team to ensure processes run smoothly
Following up on the status of license renewal processes and accordingly notifying the concerned Renewals Executives and Consultants
Performing other job-related duties as assigned by Management
Requirements
Full English proficiency is required
Additional spoken languages are a plus
Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g., MS Office
Knowledge of CRM platforms is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a multicultural team
Industry knowledge relating to licensing, amendments, cancellations, and immigration processes is advantageous but not mandatory
Tertiary education in Business Administration or other relevant subjects
Basic financial understanding is required
Demonstrated experience with data filing and CRM systems is advantageous
