Education:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably related to Travel, Hospitality, or Tourism.
• IATA certification or a strong interest in obtaining one is a plus.

Passion for Industry:

• A deep interest in the travel and hospitality industry, eager to learn and grow in the field.
• No prior experience required—just a willingness to immerse yourself in the world of travel, customer service, and MICE arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in promoting and recommending exciting travel experiences to ITL World clients.
• Support the team in booking flights, hotel rooms, and organizing other travel arrangements.
• Learn about different countries' geography, weather, customs, and cultures to assist in travel planning.
• Help in gathering travel information for clients, preparing quotations, and distributing travel itineraries.
• Assist travelers with visa applications and entry permits under supervision.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries and support in compiling sales reports.
• Engage with clients courteously and efficiently, contributing to a high level of service delivery.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Eagerness to learn and passion for travel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and good organizational abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word).
