Specifyinginternalgovernance policiesandregularlymonitorcompliance.

InitialReview,Draft,andsolidifyagreements,contractsandotherlegaldocumentstoensurethecompany’sfulllegal rights.

Supportindraftingguidelinesandpolicies;

SupportinternalprocessesoperatedbytheLegalTeam(e.g.roll-outofcontracts,managingof legal master data, make sure that contracts end up with legal department and registerfilings);

Bepartof projects aimedatfurtherimprovingprocessesandefficiencyoftheLegalTeam.
