Providinglegalguidance andcounselto the organization's management and departments on variouslegalissues.Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts to protect the organization's interests.Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Identifying and mitigatinglegalrisks associated with organizational activities.Representing the organization inlegaldisputes and resolving conflicts.Monitoringlegalchanges and regulatory issues affecting the organization.Advising on corporate governance matters and compliance.Managing intellectual property assets and data privacy compliance.Overseeing litigation matters and coordinating with externalcounsel.Ensuring adherence to contract terms and agreements.Providinglegaltraining and education to employees.Conductinglegaldue diligence for transactions.Facilitating corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.Stronglegalexperience in corporate and commercial matters.Excellent drafting skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing business environment.Previous exposure with Joint Venture setup in UAE is an advantage.RequirementsEducation/ Qualification: Bachelor of Laws degree Work Experience: 5 – 6 years’ experience in projects law or legal function
