·To review and draft different legal documents in both Arabic and English (including legal opinion memoranda, letters, legal correspondence, contracts, memoranda of understanding, articles of association… etc).
·To analyse and understand legislative and contractual texts.
·To conduct legal research.
·To provide Government entities with legal advice concerning legal risks and strategies for dealing with legal and organizational issues faced by those entities.
·To consider complaints filed against Government entities and take the appropriate actions to settle such disputes amicably.
·To provide support concerning the management of files of claims filed by or against Government entities.
·To contribute to suggesting areas of improvement and development of the work procedures of the Section.
·To fulfill any other duties assigned to them by the Head of Section or the Director of Directorate.
·Bachelor degree in law or its equivalent in law.
·(0-2) years of experience in legal work.
·To be aware of legislation in force in the Emirate of Dubai.
·Legal analysis skills.
·The ability to work as one team and deal with workload.
·Sound legal drafting skills.
