Our client is a banking sector provider offering diverse banking and financial services, along with other unique services, to individuals and businesses through a network of retail branches.
Job Description:
- Manage all leases from potential and existing clients.
- Coordinate property viewings, follow-ups and updating of contact management database.
- Market all rental listings through open houses and individual showings.
- Negotiate lease terms with landlords and property management companies
- Coordinate and schedule lease applications, and adhere to compliance requirements.
- Execute new lease agreements and coordinate move-in processes.
- Prepare all lease-related paperwork
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential store locations
- Negotiate lease agreements and terms with property owners, ensuring favorable conditions for our Company.
- Manage relationships with landlords, property managers, and other stakeholders to maintain positive partnerships.
- This position requires extensive travel throughout UAE to scout potential store locations and interact with property owners and stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum experience of 2 year in sales/leasing of estate and /or shopping center spaces.
- High level of communication , negotiation and presentation skills.
- Good English
- Proven track record in negotiating and executing lease agreements.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Real State experience
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to leasing agreements.
