Job Description

Position Title:             Leasing Manager/Senior Leasing Admin ManagerEmployment Type:     Full Time Salary:                        up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsBenefits:                     as per UAE Labor LawJob Location:             Dubai, UAE About the Client: A leading UAE firm driving urban development through investments in real estate, hospitality, leisure & retail and transportation.           Job Description:Manage the leasing process from inquiry to signing, negotiate lease terms, conduct property showings, coordinate renewals/terminations and maintain positive relationships with tenants.Prepare and review lease agreements, ensure compliance with company policies and local laws, maintain accurate records of lease transactions and ensure timely execution of documents.Monitor real estate market trends, develop leasing strategies, prepare market reports and provide strategic insights to senior management to achieve leasing goals and improve occupancy rates.Supervise leasing staff, track lease revenue and collections, collaborate with property management, finance and legal teams and ensure smooth operations while adhering to legal requirements.

Skills

Qualifications:Male, 45 years old and belowBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related fieldAtleast 5 years’ experience in Construction and Real estate industryProven experience in leasing or property management with a strong understanding of lease agreements and real estate regulations
