Position Title:              Leasing Executive

Employment Type:      Full Time

Salary:                          all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

One of the largest pizza chains globally


Job Description:

  • Develop and update a leasing database to ensure all lease renewals are correctly addressed within the timeframes needed.
  • Ensure all locations have valid commercial license and necessary documentation to trade in a legal manner.
  • Be the first point of contact on all lease queries and ensure necessary action documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Support the Head of Projects on document control for all newly built projects ensuring invoices are verified and paid in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all relevant Purchase Orders for both leasing and projects are raised and approved in a timely and accurate manner.

Skills

Qualifications:

  • Open to Filipino & Indian nationalities
  • Male, 30 years old and below
  • At least 2 years of UAE experience in the similar role in leasing, AMCs and service coordination
