Job Description

Your Day-To-Day


  • Coordinate and facilitate the new colleagues Hotel Orientation program and supervise the on-boarding process.
  • Monitor the submission of new hires Review and completion of mandatory training
  • Assist in conducting the Training Needs Analysis
  • Assist in designing and preparing learning materials by using different instructional techniques and formats such as role-plays, team exercises, group discussions, games and videos
  • Assist in developing the Monthly Training calendar
  • Conduct IHG Technical training & development workshops for Frontline Colleagues.
  • Assist in measuring, evaluating and following up on overall effectiveness of training programs directed toward continuous improvement.
  • Assist in liaising with schools and universities in preparation for IHG Academy internships placement.
  • Preparing Training Reports by the end of each month
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the Departmental Trainers for all training activities that are required to be completed .
  • Ensure full optimization of the IHG Merlin My learning platform 
  • Compliance with the IHG Learning Brand Standards
  • Consolidating data for the monthly report of Learning and Quality
  • Monitoring the progress of key hotel performance

What we need from you?


  • Bachelor Degree
  • 1-2 years of luxury hotel experience, preferably with an understanding of LQA or Forbes Standard Rating.
  • Strong communication & facilitation skills
  • Excellent PowerPoint & Excel Skills.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking
  • Agile, resilient, dynamic & professional.
