We’re recruiting a 'Learning Coordinator’ for one of our clients based in Dubai, UAE. About Our Client: Our client is a global technology company revolutionizing e-commerce and cloud computing. As the world’s largest online retailer and marketplace, they provide millions of customers with a seamless shopping experience. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the end-to-end administration of learning programs, including scheduling, registration, and resource allocation
Maintain accurate records of participants and program data in learning management systems
Prepare and distribute learning materials to participants ahead of sessions
Serve as a liaison between facilitators, participants, and stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve issues
Process feedback and evaluation forms, compiling reports on program effectiveness
Assist in the creation and updates of program documentation and learning resources
Manage logistics for both in-person and virtual learning environments
Track program budgets and process related expenses
Ensure compliance with quality standards and certification requirements
Requirements
Master's degree in HR, Literature, or Management, or a Certification in Training & Development
3–4 years of experience in training coordination within a large organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines
