The Dubai Holding Leaders of Tomorrow Graduate Programme is a 12-month programme offering graduates exposure to our diverse portfolio of businesses across 10 key sectors, including Real Estate, Hospitality, Leisure & Entertainment, Media, ICT, Design, Education, Retail, Manufacturing & Logistics and Science.
Requirements
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 and above (or equivalent).
Maximum 1-year has surpassed since graduation year date.
Completion or exemption of UAE National Service (if applicable).
Previous internship/training experience is preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively and proficiently in English.
Involvement in extra-curricular activities or community initiatives during university.
