As Lead Technical Architect, you will drive the
technical development of high-end hotels, resorts, and F&B spaces, ensuring
compliance with international and local building standards. You will play a
crucial role in translating design concepts into highly detailed, buildable
solutions while managing technical documentation, compliance, and coordination
with project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical development and execution of hospitality projects from concept to completion.
- Ensure compliance with local authority codes and international standards (IBC, NFPA, ASHRAE, LEED).
- Review and approve detailed design drawings, ensuring accuracy and constructability.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Develop high-quality technical documentation, including detailed construction drawings.
- Manage and mentor technical teams, fostering a culture of excellence and efficiency.
- Ensure that designs align with the brand vision and architectural integrity.
- Implement BIM workflows to enhance design coordination and efficiency.
Requirements- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in technical architecture within hospitality or large-scale projects.
- Deep understanding of technical detailing, construction methodologies, and authority approvals.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM360, and Adobe Suite.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills to tackle complex project challenges.
- Certification in BIM workflows preferred.
- Dubai Municipality Registration is a plus.
- Passion for delivering high-quality, precision-driven architecture.
