As a Lead Software Engineer, you will drive and manage complete projects in machine learning for fraud prevention, recruiting, building, and leading a high-performing engineering team. You will work closely with data scientists and other software engineers to develop complex ML solutions.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of programming experience and at least 1 year in a team lead role, with expert knowledge in developing and debugging, preferably in Python. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills are essential. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases is required.
