About the job Lead Project Manager
Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects across various departments.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, and meet quality standards.
- Communicate with reasons in case there are changes to the project timelines
- Develop and implement project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Project Cost Management
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
- Track and report on project financials, including cost forecasting and variance analysis.
Quality Assurance, Compliance & documentation
- Ensure projects adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
- Provide detailed reports and presentations to senior management on project performance and outcomes.
Requirements

- Qualification MBA
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in project management in any industry which is fast paced FMCG/ Production/E-commerce etc.
- Mandatory certification Six Sigma (preferred black belt) and PMP certificate
- Use of right PM tools (Agile, Monday etc.)
- Develop contingency plans with the Team lead
- Project Delivery and timelines
- Monitor delivery expectations from other teams
