Our Client, a Leading Multinational Insurance company is looking to hire a Lead Product Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing digital platforms including
websites, mobile apps, and web portals. This role underscores the importance of

RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, and
optimizing the organization's presence across various digital channels. Your
primary duties will include:
- Channel Oversight: Manage and oversee all digital channels,
including websites, mobile apps, and web portals, ensuring they align with the
organization's objectives and brand guidelines.
- Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive digital channel
strategies to enhance visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Content Management: Coordinate the creation, editing, and
publishing of high-quality digital content that resonates with the target
audience and enhances user experience.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze channel
performance using analytics tools to identify trends, optimize strategies, and
maximize ROI.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with
cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and design, to align digital
channel activities with overall organizational goals.
- User Experience Optimization: Continuously improve user
experience across digital channels by implementing best practices and
leveraging user feedback.
- Budget Management: Manage the budget allocated for digital
channel activities, ensuring efficient allocation and cost-effective
strategies.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with industry
standards, data protection regulations, and cybersecurity best practices across
digital channels.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing,
Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing, channel management,
or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital
analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project
management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and
manage multiple priorities.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
- Ability to document user story, use cases diagram, systems
& business processes.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Strong command of written and spoken English; knowledge of
Arabic language is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, execution, problem solving and
decision-making skills.
- Strong level of customer service orientation and
professionalism in all interactions
- Proactive and results oriented whilst ensuring high quality
of work.
- Good knowledge of health insurance concepts is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications.
