Location: Sharjah, AE
Join our enthusiastic sales team in the UAE, responsible for the Modern Trade Channel and our top customer in the country. As the Lead Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our business. Reporting to the Head of Modern Trade - UAE and based at our Dubai offices, you will have an opportunity to make a significant impact.

Your key responsibilities will include:



Taking full P&L responsibility for Arla UAE's leading account Leading the direct sales process to achieve or surpass volume, revenue, and profitability targets Spearheading sales expansion efforts by introducing new products, growth strategies, and services to our current and prospective clients Being an Omni-Channel operator, customizing approaches for various channels such as Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, E-commerce, and more Collaborating closely with key functions including Marketing, Finance, Logistics, and Operations to co-develop effective strategies and plans Developing comprehensive short and long-term sales plans and formulating sales strategies using available marketing and customer marketing programs Demonstrating the ability to analyze raw data and derive meaningful insights, utilizing tools such as Nielsen/Dunhumby Responsible for executing Net Revenue Management initiatives within customer Strengthening customer relationships through joint business planning initiatives Ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service to our clients Working closely with the Field Sales team to ensure exceptional execution

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:



A minimum of 5-7 years of experience with a globally recognized FMCG organization Proven experience in P&L management, specifically with the key accounts Expertise in driving the direct sales process and consistently achieving or exceeding volume, revenue, and profitability targets Strong analytical skills, capable of converting raw data into meaningful insights using tools like Nielsen/Dunhumby A passion for elevating customer relationships through joint business planning A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service Fluency in English is must and French and Arabic speaking an advantage The ability to work closely with the Field Sales team to ensure exceptional execution
