Description
Takes the lead role in the field implementing the defined task required to deliver requirement of the client
§ Installation and maintenance of water based fire protection systems including piping, valves and accessories for commercial, residential, and industrial applications.
§ Implement maintenance work orders (EM, CM, PM)
§ Interpret electronic / electrical drawings
§ Provide high level of customer service
§ Identify cost effective method of resolutions to problem
§ Define and interpret layouts and detail drawings
§ Team Leader
§ Identify basic product enhancements
Qualifications
Education/Qualifications
§ Secondary School Certificate with 2 year relevant trade certification (ITI) OR 1 year relevant trade certification (ITI) or equivalent from a recognized institute.
§ Should have valid UAE licence
§ Dubai civil defence licence mandatory.
Skills, Competencies and Experience
§ 5 - 7 years of Gulf experience in the relevant trade.
§ Minimum 2yrs. having UAE experience in the field of fire Protection systems installation, testing & maintenance as a service technician handling small & medium scale fire protection systems
§ Good communication Skills in English and knowledge in other languages will be an advantage.
§ Must have Good computer Skills and telephone etiquettes.
§ Must be able to work from ladders and lifts up to 40 feet or more
