Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading engineering simulation solutions provider in Dubai, UAE. Our client is looking for an experienced Lead Engineer to take charge of delivering high-quality training, mentoring teams, and leading complex Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) projects.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive online and onsite
training sessions for customers, ensuring the content aligns with their
specific project needs and goals.- Lead proposal development, including cost
estimation, project execution planning, and the timely delivery of results.- Provide expert consultation on CFD
simulations, specializing in areas such as turbulence, heat transfer,
fluid-structure interaction (FSI), and multiphase modeling.- Design and develop customized training
materials and workshops tailored to the Ansys Fluids Portfolio.- Demonstrate strong problem-solving
capabilities, with the ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts and
technologies.- Travel up to 20% of the time as required to
support customers and deliver training.Requirements- Holds a B.E., M.E., or Ph.D. in Mechanical, Chemical, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in simulation project execution, with a strong background in aerodynamics, multiphase flows, fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and numerical methods.
- Deep understanding of aerospace principles, including flight mechanics, stability analysis, and aeroelasticity.
- Extensive hands-on experience with ANSYS Fluent, particularly in multiphase modeling and turbulence simulations
- Additional expertise in radiation, Discrete Phase Model (DPM), species transport, and the Mixture/Density-Based Multiphase Model (MDM) is an advantage.
- Proficient in ANSYS Fluent, ANSYS SpaceClaim, Fluent Meshing, and high-performance computing (HPC) for large-scale simulations.
- Skilled in scripting with Python and developing User-Defined Functions (UDFs) in Fluent.
