C. Principal Accountabilities/Key Results Area (What are the principal responsibilities/duties and why?)
Carry out preventive & corrective maintenance works of Automatic Sliding Doors, Gate barriers, Poll Barriers, Turnstile System, Automatic Shutter Doors.
Troubleshoot system failures onall of the above equipment /systems/accessories with minimum downtime
Assist in carrying out preventive & corrective maintenance works of Transformers, LV panels, MCC panels, Air Circuit Breakers, Oil Circuit Breakers, Bus-couplers, Bus-bar assemblies, Capacitor Banks, ATS Panels, Power Generators, UPS, Emergency Central Battery Systems, Harmonic Filters, Auto transformers, VFDs, Starter Panels, Building earthling network etc.
Installation of Automatic Sliding Doors, Gate barriers, Poll Barriers, Turnstile System, Automatic Shutter Doors.
Attend 24/7 standby duty as per duty roster
Carry out land and marine based work within the boundaries of the UAE
Assist in condition surveys / snagging works of Automatic Sliding Doors, Gate barriers, Poll Barriers, Turnstile System, Automatic Shutter Doors.
Carry out any other appropriate works as assigned time to time
Comply with companies EHS & Q regulations
D.Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Competencies (Indicate the minimum recruitment specifications & also the ideal person specifications for fully satisfactory job performance)
Minimum Qualification:
Secondary School Certificate with 2 years relevant trade certification (ITI) OR 1 year certification in the relevant trade (ITI) from a recognized institute OR 6 months relevant vocational trade certification
Experience:
·Secondary School Certificate with trade certification (ITI) – 3 years of experience in the relevant trade
·1 year Certification (ITI) – 6 years of experience in the relevant trade.
·6 months relevant vocational trade certification – 8yrs of experience in in the relevant trade.
Job Specific Skills:
·Should have a working knowledge of reading schematic electrical diagrams and fault diagnosis.
·Good communication Skills in English and knowledge in other languages will be an advantage
·Must have Good computer Skills.
·Ability to work under pressure
·Having a valid UAE driving license is an added qualification.
