Lead Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architecture projects from concept to completion, ensuring all phases meet design, quality, and budget standards
• Oversee and mentor a team of architects and designers, providing guidance, feedback, and fostering a collaborative work environment
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project managers to develop design solutions that align with project goals and client vision
• Ensure all project deliverables comply with local building regulations and industry standards
• Review and approve design drawings, project schedules, and cost estimates
• Conduct site visits to oversee project progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with design specifications
• Stay up to date with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance project quality
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and participate in business development efforts to support the firms growth

Requirements:

• Bachelors or masters degree in architecture or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a lead architect managing projects and teams within the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations and industry standards
• Proficiency in architecture design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work closely with clients and cross-functional teams
• High attention to detail, creativity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
