Job Description
As a Laundry Valet you are responsible to ensure that laundry service, required by our Guest is met on time and with the highest possible standards.

What you will be doing:
Responsible for the pickup delivery of Guest laundry. Collect laundry and dry cleaning bags from Guest rooms Ensure the Guest name, room number, laundry pieces are listed and list is inside Count and verify all items as per the laundry and dry cleaning lists Record collection and delivery times and special message i.e. DND rooms, etc. Report immediately any Guest’s valuables/items found in the pockets of clothes sent to the Laundry Check all items for damage and stains and takes appropriate action to rectify these issues Responsible to collect and deliver outside Guest Laundry/Dry Cleaning Assist marker when necessary Responsible for delivering all Guest items punctually and at times Guest have specified
Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years of previous experience in hotel industry is preferred. Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team. Attention to details and guest oriented. Constant standing and walking throughout shift Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
