Job Description


Job Summary:
The Laundry Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the laundry department, ensuring efficient workflow and high quality of service.

Job Responsibility:
1. Supervise and coordinate activities of laundry staff, including assigning duties and monitoring work performance.
2. Ensure all laundry equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
3. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
4. Train new staff members on laundry procedures and safety protocols.
5. Inspect finished laundry to ensure quality standards are met.
6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality or healthcare setting.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Knowledge of laundry procedures and equipment.
