Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in laptops.
Perform reballing, soldering, and motherboard-level repairs.
Replace and upgrade laptop components, including RAM, SSDs, and batteries.
Install and configure operating systems and necessary software.
Perform thorough quality checks before delivering repaired laptops.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service reports.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
