Landscaping Team Leader

The Landscaping Team Leader oversees and manages landscaping and grounds maintenance activities to ensure the outdoor spaces are well-maintained, visually appealing, and safe. This role involves leading a team of landscapers, planning and delegating tasks, and ensuring quality standards are met in all landscaping operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee landscaping technicians and manage daily operations.
• Plan and schedule landscaping tasks and projects.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of landscaping equipment.
• Inspect completed work to maintain quality standards.
• Provide on-the-job training and support to enhance team skills and efficiency.

• Diploma or Degree, Certification in horticulture, landscaping, or a related field is a plus.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in landscaping, including supervisory roles.

• Expertise in plant care, pest management, and landscaping equipment.
• Leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with team members, clients, and supervisors.
