Key Accountabilities
While this is not a current vacancy, the following responsibilities represent the type of work anticipated for this role:

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of landscaping services provided by external contractors.
• Supervise, monitor, and improve the performance of landscaping service providers.
• Administer and monitor landscaping services and recommend improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Assist in the development and implementation of landscaping policies, procedures, and management strategies.
• Conduct landscaping inspections and audits at regular intervals to ensure optimal maintenance.
• Liaise with clients, staff, and external consultants regarding landscaping service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
• Be available to respond to client inquiries on a 24/7 basis.

• Strong knowledge of landscaping management and maintenance best practices.
• Proven ability to develop and lead diverse teams and maintain high standards of service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Commitment to sustainability, including energy conservation, waste minimization, and resource efficiency.
• Awareness of integrated management systems and safety protocols.

Specific Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Landscaping, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing landscaping services within large-scale operations.
• Knowledge of international and local regulations related to landscaping and environmental management.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
