Landscape QA & QC

Quantity Surveying:Conduct quantity surveys and take-off measurements from landscape design drawings and specifications to determine material quantities and costs.Prepare accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documents for landscaping projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.Cost Control and Budget Management:Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenditures throughout the project lifecycle, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.Prepare cost reports, variance analyses, and forecasts to assess project financial performance and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.Procurement and Vendor Management:Source and procure materials, equipment, and services required for landscaping projects, obtaining competitive bids and negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers.Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services to meet project requirements.Project Coordination:Coordinate project activities and schedules with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.Liaise with landscape designers, architects, engineers, and construction teams to clarify specifications, resolve issues, and address project requirements.Quality Assurance and Compliance:Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements related to landscaping materials, construction methods, and environmental considerations.Conduct inspections and quality audits to verify workmanship, materials, and adherence to project plans and specifications.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and correspondence with stakeholders.Prepare regular project status reports, updates, and presentations for project stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, issues, and risks.
