Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans specifically tailored to landscape construction, considering local regulations, climate conditions, and client preferences.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure compliance with UAE regulations and cultural preferences for landscape design and construction.
• Obtain permits and approvals from local authorities, ensuring adherence to UAE building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards relevant to landscape construction.
• Manage project finances, allocate resources efficiently, and mitigate risks associated with landscape construction, such as soil conditions, water management, and site accessibility.
• Implement rigorous quality control measures throughout the construction process to meet UAE construction standards and exceed client expectations for landscape aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.
• Independently oversee landscape construction sites, ensuring timely completion, adherence to safety protocols, and high-quality workmanship from excavation to finishing touches.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, landscape architecture, construction management, or a related field with a focus on construction project management.
• Minimum of 5 years of previous project management experience within the UAE, with a proven track record of successfully managing landscape construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations, and best practices specifically related to landscape construction.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with proficiency in English for clear communication in the UAE context.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software for project management, scheduling, and budgeting.
