We are currently hiring for a Landscape Draftsman for a client here in Abu Dhabi.3 months contactImmediate JoinerExperience with Revit softwareThe ideal candidate will ensure the selection of a suitable sub-consultant for the shop drawing service for the Reem Hills Ph-1 project, the main requirement is likely the sub-consultant's ability to provide detailed landscape shop drawings within a contractual period of 3 months, specifically covering 33/36 Zones (out of 66 zones). The scope of work includes:Scope of Landscape Services: GA’s (General Arrangement Drawings)Hardscape & SoftscapeFurniture, Lighting, Water FeaturesSport Courts, Shade Structures, Signage, and WayfindingSetting Out for the entire scope Drawing Sheets:The sub-consultant is expected to produce 550 shop drawing sheets (as indicated in the attachment), with clear focus on the Zones highlighted in green in the provided documentation.Given this, the key requirement is that the sub-consultant should be experienced in providing detailed landscape shop drawings, able to meet the project’s technical standards and deadlines (within 3 months), and able to handle the scope of the 550 drawing sheets covering a variety of landscape elements as outlined above.
