We are seeking a Landscape Architect (Site Operations)

Job Summary: AtkinsRéalis is seeking a highly skilled Landscape Architect with extensive on-site experience, particularly in Metro and Railways projects within the infrastructure sector. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience, demonstrating a strong background in landscape design and planning for large-scale infrastructure developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative and sustainable landscape designs tailored to Metro and Railways projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate landscape architecture with civil, structural, and environmental considerations.
- Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for landscape projects.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies, considering environmental impact and sustainability goals.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide expertise in plant selection, irrigation systems, and landscape construction techniques.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and Atkinsrealis standards throughout project phases.
- Mentor and guide junior staff members, fostering professional growth and development within the landscape architecture team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
- Professional accreditation or licensure as a Landscape Architect preferred.
- Proven experience (10-15 years) in landscape architecture, with a focus on Metro and Railways projects.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and LEED certification principles is desirable.
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment and independently when required.
- Experience working in the UAE or similar Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries is advantageous.
