We are seeking a talented Landscape Architect to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing landscaping projects, ensuring they are both aesthetically pleasing and environmentally sustainable. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects and contribute to the beautification of landscapes in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Design and plan landscaping projects, including parks, gardens, residential areas, and commercial developments.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop tailored design proposals.
- Select appropriate plants, trees, and other landscaping materials to create visually appealing and sustainable outdoor spaces.
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction, ensuring designs meet regulatory and environmental standards.
- Manage project budgets and timelines, overseeing the implementation of landscaping plans and providing guidance to construction teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating innovative and sustainable design concepts into projects.
- Conduct site visits to assess existing landscapes, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide recommendations for enhancements.
-Degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
- Proven experience in landscape design and project management, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion.
- In-depth knowledge of horticulture, irrigation systems, and sustainable landscaping practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts to clients and team members.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a passion for creating innovative and visually impactful landscapes.
- Familiarity with local regulations and environmental considerations in Abu Dhabi or the broader region is a plus.
