Job Description

SearchPlus HR is seeking a dedicated and skilled Lab Technician to join our innovative team. In this role, you will support critical laboratory functions by conducting tests and analyzing samples. As a Lab Technician, you will ensure that our lab operations run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our health initiatives.


Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve preparing specimens, conducting routine analyses, and maintaining laboratory equipment. You will adhere closely to safety and quality standards, while also helping to troubleshoot any issues that arise in the lab.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct laboratory tests, experiments, and analyses according to standard procedures
  • Prepare and label samples for testing; record and report results accurately
  • Maintain equipment and ensure cleanliness and safety in the laboratory
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize laboratory procedures
  • Follow all laboratory safety protocols and regulatory guidelines
  • Provide technical support and assistance as needed
