Role
▪ Update and maintain the Knowledge Base on Sprinklr and Shelf platforms to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper formatting for GenAI chatbots, collaborate with the Digital Guest Experience team, assist in content migration, train team members, and support other digital projects as needed.
Requirements
▪ Proven experience in Knowledge management or a similar role.
▪ Strong technical proficiency with Knowledge Base platforms, particularly Sprinklr and Shelf.
▪ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
▪ Experience in content migration projects is preferred.
▪ A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field is desirable.
▪ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
▪ Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving continuous improvement.
