Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Assistant to join our culinary team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment and be ready to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the kitchen team with food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the chefs.
- Ensure all kitchen areas are clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Help with inventory management, including stock checks and food storage.
- Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation practices at all times.
- Support the team in managing kitchen supplies and equipment.
- Perform any other duties as required by the Head Chef or kitchen management.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Kitchen Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure efficiently.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and take initiative when needed.
Requirements:
- Must be available for an immediate start.
- Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
